This summer join us and explore the capital in our bi-weekly free cycling programme, developing knowledge about cycle paths, visiting various locations on the move across London, and gain confidence in becoming a safer cyclist.

Access to a bike and helmet is essential to participate in the sessions and adults at all levels are welcome to join the group ride, providing an opportunity to connect and engage with Londoners. The cycle rides will be safe and only cycle path will be accessed all the way from starting to destination points.

You will cycle along the River Thames and see prominent London landmarks such as London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and cycle a loop Hyde Park before settling down for break (bring along some snacks with you) and talk about your experience.

The programmes aim is to break down barriers which discourage Londoners from enjoying cycling, such as women from marginalised communities and help you explore the wealth of cycle routes available in the capital.
