Registration process:

  • For all young people a registration form which gives parental consent is required to be completed for this activity.

For live interactive online training, all participants need to be pre-screened before each session. Therefore, before each session, an email will need to be sent containing the Zoom link with the following included:

  • A statement confirming that if the participant has any medical conditions, injuries, illness or any other condition (such as pregnancy) they must be referred to their GP for approval and work within any limitations.

  • Advising that children/minors participating should be supervised at all periods and throughout the online fitness session by an adult.

  • Sufficient health and safety information for the online training - for example, ensure the environment is safe, participants have enough space to move freely without obstacles, obstructions or other hazards, and ensure that any equipment is safe and in suitable condition.

  • This is a camera-on fitness session. You need to have a working camera on your electronic device for safety purposes.
